Vancouver contractor websites built for a premium market

In a city where one renovation can cost more than a house elsewhere, homeowners research hard before they call. I build the website, Google listing and ads that show them you’re worth every dollar.

You deal with RTB TONY directly. No sales team, no call centre.

The Contractor Growth Package

$1,850 upfront
  • Full website rebuild
  • Structured to rank on Google
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Google Ads launch

Then $600/month (4-month minimum) for Google Ads management, Google growth, social media and all website updates.

The problem

Are big-budget clients skipping right past you?

Vancouver homeowners spend serious money on their homes, and they shop like it. In Kitsilano, Kerrisdale and North Vancouver they read every page, check every review and compare portfolios before they ever ask for a quote. A tired website doesn’t just lose a job. It loses the biggest ones.

01

Lost in a sea of renovators

Metro Vancouver has no shortage of contractors. If Google can’t tell what you specialise in and where you work, you disappear behind the ones it can.

02

No answer for the rain

Wet winters make the building envelope, drainage and moisture the first worry on every homeowner’s mind. If your site doesn’t address it, they assume you don’t either.

03

Strata councils can’t find the details

Property managers and strata councils need your insurance, references and scope before they shortlist anyone. A site that hides those details never makes the list.

04

Premium work, budget presentation

You build kitchens and laneway homes worth six figures. If your photos are small, blurry or buried, clients assume your work is too.

Vancouver clients hire the contractor whose finished work they can see. Your new site shows your kitchens, additions and laneway homes the way they deserve to be seen.

Built for Vancouver

Made for rain, strata and laneway homes

Vancouver’s housing is unlike anywhere else in Canada: old character homes, new rules that allow more homes per lot, condos run by strata councils, and a climate that tests every seam. Your website should speak to the projects people here are actually planning.

01

Laneway homes and multiplexes

As Vancouver allows more homes on a single lot, owners are planning laneway houses, suites and multiplexes. Dedicated pages put you in front of them while they’re still researching.

02

Envelope-first credibility

Homeowners here know what water can do to a building. Explaining how you handle membranes, flashing and drainage shows you build for the coast.

03

Strata-ready information

A clear page for property managers and strata councils, with your insurance, references and process, makes you easy to shortlist for common-property work.

04

Pages across the Lower Mainland

From Burnaby to the North Shore to Richmond, every area you serve gets its own page, so you show up in local searches, not just for “Vancouver”.

Questions

Common questions

Can you build pages for laneway homes and suites?

Yes. Laneway homes, secondary suites and multiplex projects each get their own page with your photos and process, so you show up when owners research them.

Do you cover the North Shore, Burnaby and Richmond?

Yes. Every city and neighbourhood you serve gets its own page, so you show up when people search where they actually live.

Can my site speak to strata councils and property managers?

Yes. A dedicated page with your insurance, references and how you run common-property projects makes it easy for a strata council to shortlist you.

What does the $600 a month cover?

Pretty much everything: Google Ads management, ongoing work to grow your free traffic from Google, social media with up to 5 edited videos a week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google, all of your website updates and management, plus small design jobs like job-site banners and yard signs.

Is there a contract?

The monthly plan has a 4-month minimum. That gives the Google, ads and social work enough time to build momentum.

I don’t have any videos. Can you still run my social media?

Yes. I start you off with videos made using professional AI video tools, then we switch to clips from your own job sites, because people trust real work. You film, I edit and post.

Do you work with contractors outside Vancouver?

Yes. I work with contractors across Vancouver and nearby communities like Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam and North Vancouver. Everything is done by phone and online.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Yes. The upfront package is a full rebuild, so your current site is replaced with a faster one that’s structured to rank, on your existing domain.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your projects, and the services and areas you cover. I handle the rest.

Find out why the high-end jobs go elsewhere

Tell me about your business and the projects you want more of. I’ll review your website and Google listing the way a discerning Vancouver homeowner would, then call you back with what I’d change first. No cost, no pressure.
