Kelowna contractor websites that fill your Okanagan calendar

From lake homes to new builds in the Upper Mission, Okanagan owners do their homework before they hire, often from out of town. I build the website, Google listing and ads that win them over before they ever meet you.

You deal with RTB TONY directly. No sales team, no call centre.

The problem

Are out-of-town owners hiring someone else?

Kelowna is full of people who moved here or bought here from somewhere else, plus plenty of second-home owners running projects from Calgary or Vancouver. They can’t drive past your job sites. They judge you by your website and your reviews, and they decide fast.

01

Hard to judge from a distance

Owners managing a renovation from out of town need to trust you without meeting you. A thin website gives them nothing to go on.

02

Silent after fire season

Wildfire smoke and the rebuilds that follow change what people search for. If your site doesn’t speak to fire-resistant materials, you miss those jobs.

03

Seasonal calls, no system

Lake-home owners want work done before summer and after it. Without a quote form that works all year, you’re playing phone tag across time zones.

04

Views you never show

You build decks with lake views and kitchens full of vineyard light. If your photos don’t sell that, your website isn’t doing its job.

Okanagan homeowners hire the contractor whose finished work they can see. Your new site shows your decks, lake homes and renovations the way they look in summer light.

Built for the Okanagan

Lake homes, hot summers and fire season

Building in Kelowna means dry heat, sloped lots, short summer seasons and wildfire on everyone’s mind. Your website should show you understand all of it before the first call.

01

Fire-smart building

After the 2023 wildfires around West Kelowna, owners care about fire-resistant siding, roofing and landscaping. A page on how you build for fire season answers that worry head-on.

02

Owners who live elsewhere

Clear galleries, reviews and a simple quote form make it easy for second-home owners to hire you from Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver.

03

Slopes, views and decks

Hillside lots in the Upper Mission and Wilden mean retaining walls, decks and big windows. Pages for each show you know how to build on a slope.

04

Before and after the summer rush

Owners want projects wrapped up before guests arrive. Your site makes it easy to book spring and fall work early.

Questions

Common questions

Can my website help me win clients who live out of town?

Yes. A clear portfolio, real reviews and an easy quote form let second-home owners trust and hire you without visiting first.

Do you cover West Kelowna, Lake Country and Penticton?

Yes. Every community you serve gets its own page, so you show up in local searches across the Okanagan.

Can you add a page about fire-resistant building?

Yes. A page on fire-resistant materials and defensible space speaks directly to what Okanagan homeowners think about after fire season.

What does the $600 a month cover?

Pretty much everything: Google Ads management, ongoing work to grow your free traffic from Google, social media with up to 5 edited videos a week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google, all of your website updates and management, plus small design jobs like job-site banners and yard signs.

Is there a contract?

The monthly plan has a 4-month minimum. That gives the Google, ads and social work enough time to build momentum.

I don’t have any videos. Can you still run my social media?

Yes. I start you off with videos made using professional AI video tools, then we switch to clips from your own job sites, because people trust real work. You film, I edit and post.

Do you work with contractors across the Okanagan?

Yes. I work with contractors across Kelowna and nearby communities like West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Penticton and Peachland. Everything is done by phone and online.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Yes. The upfront package is a full rebuild, so your current site is replaced with a faster one that’s structured to rank, on your existing domain.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your projects, and the services and areas you cover. I handle the rest.

Free website review

Find out if your website wins over remote owners

Tell me about your business and the areas you cover. I’ll review your website and Google listing the way an owner planning a project from out of town would, then call you back with what I’d fix first. No cost, no pressure.
