Hamilton contractor websites from the Mountain to the Bay

Hamilton is full of solid old brick homes and new owners ready to bring them back to life. I build the website, Google listing and ads that make you the contractor they trust with the job.

You deal with RTB TONY directly. No sales team, no call centre.

The Contractor Growth Package

$1,850 upfront
  • Full website rebuild
  • Structured to rank on Google
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Google Ads launch

Then $600/month (4-month minimum) for Google Ads management, Google growth, social media and all website updates.

The problem

Are Hamilton’s renovators finding you or your competitors?

Hamilton has changed fast. New owners, many of them from Toronto, are buying century homes in Westdale, Kirkendall and Crown Point and planning big renovations. They search online first and compare carefully. If your website doesn’t show you understand old Hamilton houses, they keep scrolling.

01

Invisible to new arrivals

People who just moved here don’t have a contractor yet. If you’re not on Google when they search, they’ll never hear your name.

02

Century homes, no proof

Old brick, plaster, knob-and-tube wiring and stone foundations make new owners nervous. A site that shows you’ve handled them is the reason they call.

03

Up the Mountain, out of sight

Homeowners on the Mountain, in Stoney Creek and in Ancaster search by area. Without area pages you only show up for “Hamilton”, if at all.

04

Your best restorations, unseen

The opened-up main floor, the restored brick facade, the finished basement in an old stone foundation. If it isn’t on your website, it isn’t selling for you.

Hamilton homeowners hire the contractor whose finished work they can see. Your new site shows your restorations, additions and basements front and centre.

Built for Hamilton

Made for century brick and a city on the move

From the Lower City’s old brick homes to newer builds on the Mountain and in Binbrook, Hamilton projects change block by block. Your website should show you know the difference.

01

Century-home specialists

Pages that show how you handle old brick, plaster, wiring and stone foundations win the owners renovating Hamilton’s classic homes.

02

The move from Toronto

Many buyers arrive from the GTA with big plans and no local contacts. Clear pages, reviews and project photos make you their first call.

03

Mountain and Lower City pages

Every area you serve, from Westdale to Stoney Creek to Ancaster, gets its own page, so you show up where people actually search.

04

Basements and suites

Basement apartments and secondary suites help owners carry a mortgage. Pages for each put you in front of homeowners planning one.

Questions

Common questions

Can my website show century-home renovation work?

Yes. Restoration and renovation projects get their own pages with before-and-after photos, so owners of older homes know you’re the right fit.

Do you cover the Mountain, Stoney Creek, Ancaster and Dundas?

Yes. Every area you serve gets its own page, so you show up when people search their own neighbourhood.

Can you help me reach people moving here from Toronto?

Yes. Clear area pages, reviews and a strong Google listing help new arrivals find and trust you, even before they know anyone local.

What does the $600 a month cover?

Pretty much everything: Google Ads management, ongoing work to grow your free traffic from Google, social media with up to 5 edited videos a week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google, all of your website updates and management, plus small design jobs like job-site banners and yard signs.

Is there a contract?

The monthly plan has a 4-month minimum. That gives the Google, ads and social work enough time to build momentum.

I don’t have any videos. Can you still run my social media?

Yes. I start you off with videos made using professional AI video tools, then we switch to clips from your own job sites, because people trust real work. You film, I edit and post.

Do you work with contractors outside Hamilton?

Yes. I work with contractors across Hamilton and nearby communities like Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Burlington and Grimsby. Everything is done by phone and online.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Yes. The upfront package is a full rebuild, so your current site is replaced with a faster one that’s structured to rank, on your existing domain.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your projects, and the services and areas you cover. I handle the rest.

Find out if new homeowners can find you

Tell me about your business and the areas you cover. I’ll look at your website and Google listing the way a new Hamilton homeowner would, then call you back with what I’d fix first. No cost, no pressure.
