At Raising The Bar, we train everyone — from kids to seniors aged 70+. Every program is carefully tailored to meet your needs, whether it’s:
Kids & Youth: Strength and conditioning with explosive, athletic-based workouts that build speed, agility, and confidence.
Seniors (70+): Functional strength and conditioning programs that improve balance, mobility, and longevity while reducing risk of injury.
Neurodiverse Clients: Specialized training for kids and adults with autism (both low and high functioning), built with patience, structure, and proven methods from years of hands-on experience.

✅ 3-Month Commitment – No endless contracts. Just 12 weeks of focused training where you’ll master the fundamentals of functional strength, corrective exercise, progressive overload, and the 4 core compound lifts.

With expertise in performance coaching and sports science, Tony specializes in powerbuilding, functional strength, and body recomposition programs. He designs hybrid training systems that blend strength, conditioning, and boxing to build both athleticism and resilience. Tony also works with diverse clients ranging from kids to seniors, offering explosive youth conditioning, functional strength for older adults, and specialized programs for neurodiverse individuals including kids and adults with autism. Every plan combines high-level training with personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance to ensure lasting transformation.
